  1. What do you think your customers will need most from your business post-lockdown?
  2. Is your business, product or service easy to find on Google?
  3. Once a customer lands on your website - does your first impression count? Are the products or services you offer easy to find? Are your visitors quickly and easily able to get the info they need or make the purchase they want?

Apply the 3 second rule to every page on your website. Can your potential customers quickly discover what it is you do within 3 seconds?

No one wants a customer leaving their website and going somewhere else.
