We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to work across a range of clients with our team at Virtual Marketers. Your job will be to lead digital marketing efforts for a number of our clients to increase their leads and sales, brand awareness, and customer retention. You will deliver digital marketing campaigns, digital advertising, website enhancements, SEO optimisation, social media strategies and more.

Key to the role will be developing marketing strategies, building strong relationships with multiple clients, optimising digital performance across all channels and providing comprehensive client reporting. This role manages multiple clients and projects, with the support of our internal marketing squad framework and works with our wider team to deliver the best results for our clients.

You’ll work from home, a co-working space or a combination that suits you.

Digital Advertising, Websites & SEO
Manage and optimise digital advertising activities including Google Ads, PPC, Social Advertising and SEM campaigns;
Manage, and work with digital specialists to manage, all aspects of client websites including design, maintenance, website copy and new landing pages;
Manage keyword research and recommendations for clients, and develop and implement strategies to continually improve SEO of web pages;
Utilise all analytic tools necessary such as SEO software, Google Analytics, and Google Ads;
Provide insights to clients and assist with making informed decisions on all web and digital advertising strategies.


Strategy, Analytics, Administration & Delivery
Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies across a variety of platforms to drive leads, conversions, usage or programme awareness based on client goals;
Utilise a variety of analytical software tools to evaluate performance and adjust digital marketing strategies;
Establish marketing goals for clients based on past performance and market forecasts;
Investigate and initiate new channels to market clients based on insights;
Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies;
Complete timesheets and maximise client hours allocation;
Work with our marketing consultants and specialists (such as graphic designers, website developers, video creators etc.) to deliver campaign and client requirements.


Email Marketing, CRMs & Automation
Develop and deliver email marketing strategies through a variety of email marketing platforms;
Develop and optimise CRMs to create quality data sets for personalised marketing campaigns;
Implement customer lifecycle automations within CRMs and other content automation tools to create always-on digital campaigns for clients.

Client Management & Reporting
Demonstrate client management through effective client communication, campaign management, client recommendations, ensuring all campaign budgets and timeframes are met;

Deliver excellent client service throughout the year;
Seek opportunities to grow client billing where possible;
Deliver regular client reporting and support our billing process;
Management and optimisation of digital dashboards for our clients as measured by client feedback and internal efficiencies.

Social Media Management
Develop and deliver social media content strategies to grow client brand awareness, leads, and engagement;
Work with marketing specialists to write, create and design content that optimises client social media engagement across multiple platforms;
Align social ad strategies with organic content strategies to deliver well rounded social media campaigns.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION


Required:
5 years+ proven digital marketing experience.
An operational drive to initiate and progress projects.
Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of analytical software.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with website CMS including WordPress and Webflow.
Experience with PPC, retargeting, and display advertising.
Experience tracking digital marketing campaign success through Google Analytics, SEO software, or analytic tools.
Experience with CRM databases and automation tools including Hubspot.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
Willingness to keep abreast of industry innovations.


In addition to the above required experience, our ideal candidate will have these preferred skill sets:
Certifications in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Knowledge and experience working with Adobe Suite.
Staff/consultant management experience.
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
